they are "Quest Items" but where do you get the quest? ><

It's seriously bugging me.

yep you get that quest from aiden
also try (in guild wars) f10, type aloe root
i cant test this, but i bet it will tell you all you need to know.

Yeah, pre-searing quest for Ranger class.
